Delete your account
You can delete your FleetBox account — and all data tied to it — at any time, in two ways. In both cases the account is deactivated immediately and the data is permanently erased within 30 days. Deletion is irreversible: there is no way to reactivate the account afterward.
In the app (recommended)
Open FleetBox and go to Profile → Privacy & data → Delete my account. Once confirmed, your account is deactivated on the spot and you are signed out. On the same screen you can also export your data before deleting.
Without the app (by email)
If you no longer have the app installed, send an email to [email protected] (our privacy channel/DPO) from the email registered on the account, requesting deletion. We'll confirm and complete the erasure within the same 30-day window.
What gets deleted
- Your account (email, name, handle) and active sessions;
- Your collections and every piece you've added, including purchase values;
- All your photos — including the files in our storage, not just the records;
- Your consents and preferences.
What remains: an audit record with no personal data whatsoever (just a technical identifier and the date), which is proof that the erasure took place — a legal obligation on our part. Details in the Privacy Policy.
